I. Usage:
This tilt mold thermoforming machine could use PP/PS/PET/PVC/PLA, etc sheet to produce disposable plastic food containers, such as water drinking cups, yoghurt cups, ice-cream cups, jelly cups, coffee cups, milk cups, juice cups, plates, trays, boxes, dishes, covers, etc. with dfiferent moulds.
II. Main Features:
1- Produces Disposable cups, and containers etc completely automatically with forming, cutting, stacking and counting in one operation cycle .
2- Take advantage of Tilting Movement of the forming table, destacking from mould.
3- Servo Plug assist reduces minimizing energy use on press and saving time of adjustment.
4- Reliable Germany 4 Cam System, driven by Frequency inverter, saving energy.
5. Two Different speeds can be set and performed in the very same cycle for better quality of finished product.
6. Two Edge heating zones and oven can move forwards and backwards .
7. Touch screen and programmable PLC control.
8. Precise index accuracy utilizing Servo drive system, minimizing plastic scrap.
9. Retractable, independently operated upper and lower ovens.
10. Module temperature control ensures precise temperature accuracy and easy operation.
11. Accessing to all digitalized functions by pressing touch screen.
12. Highly automatic stacking and counting system.
13. Automatic central lubrication
14. Cam-controlled drive technology ensures 100% precise repetition of each cycle.
15. Highly stressed parts are of very robust design ,with lower table and frames made of casting.
16. Little maintenance effort required and long intervals between maintenances
