Description
ZB500N Automatic internal extraction vacuum packaging machine can realize integration of fully automatic feeding, weighing, bag-making, filling, shaping, evacuation, sealing, bag mouth cutting and transport of finished product and packs loose material into small box type bags of high value, which is shaped at fixed weight. It has a fast packaging speed and runs stably. This unit is widely applied in vacuum packaging of cereals like rice, grains, powder materials like coffee, etc, suitable for mass production, the bag shape is nice and has good sealing effect, which facilitates boxing or direct retail.

Powdery material (e.g. coffee, yeast, milk cream, food additive, metal powder, chemical product)
Granular material (e.g. rice, other grains, pet food)
Main Features and Characteristics:
A wide range of pouches: Vacuum bag , Pillow bag and Gusset pouches.
High speed: More than 18-22 bags/min
Easy to operate: PLC controller and color touch-screen, fault indication on the touch screen.
Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.
Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range.
High Automation: unmanned in weighing and packing process, machine alarm automatically when failure.
Safety and Hygiene:
No film, machine will alarm.
Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.
Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.
Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.
