The automatic rotary filling packaging machine is fast-acting and reliable, is ideal for flexible bag styles and ranges as well as offers quick changeovers. With different metering and filling equipment, it is suitable for a variety of industries and products (Granules, Powder, Liquids and Pastes or other nature).

2.Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
3.Safty device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.
4. The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of all clips, easily operate, and raw materials.
5.The part where touch to the material is made of stainless steel.

Operating process as below:
Safety assured:
1- No bag – no filling- no sealing, machine alarm
2- Bag opening miss- no filling-no sealing, machine alarm
3- Machine stop or alarm when the air pressure is abnormal
4- Error position display at the control panel
5- Control panel locate on the right side top of the machine
6- Outside of the machine and all the parts which touch production all made by stainless steel.
7- There are several safety doors made by aluminum Profile Frame.
8- Machine surface can be wash by water and brush by cloth.

1. All goods of Zengran packing machine are packed in wooden box.
2. Our engineers are available to service machinery overseas to help customers to solve machine problems.
The installation can be provided by the ZENGRAN company.
It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with ZENGRAN company . Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.
During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.
The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
