A Brief Introduction of the Machine:
The whole machine units are consisted of Bucket Elevator, Vertical Filling & Weighing Machine and Heat Sealing Machine. The whole machine unit works perfectly for granular material pre-made paper/PE bag. It can be done for granular material feeding, manually bag feeding and opening, weighing and filling, bag hot sealing.
Working Flow:
Fertilizer Material Lift (DT2 Elevator)→Auto Weighing & Filling (CJD50K-S15 Weighing Machine)→Manually Auto Bag Feeding→Auto Material Filling→Bag Transferred Automatically through Conveying Belt→Heat sealing and sawing the Bag→Finished Bag Output.
