SANPONT Reverse Phase HPLC Column Chromatography Silica Gel C18
1. Performance: Silica Gel C-18 is a kind of silica gel which is on the basis of normal phase silica gel (ordinary silica gel, the functional group is OH), and OH is substituted by OR(R is a hydrocarbon chain, or called a carbon chain, CH) in a chemical reaction.
2. Application: As silica gel C-18 is long chain alkyl bonded phase, which has a higher carbon content and better hydrophobicity, and has a greater ability to adapt to various types of biological macromolecules, so it mainly used for separating those samples which has strong polar and complex composition.
3.Leading indicator: Pore diameter: 60Å, 100Å, 120Å, 150Å, 200Å, 300Å.
Bonded phase: C18, C8, C4, CN, nh2
PH: 6.5-7.5
Loss on heating(150°C):<2%
4.Metal ions content: Na, Ca, Fe, Cl, Pb<1ppm
