Returns for custom made |
RAPAK must be informed immediately after the receiving of the merchandise if any fault or defect is found on goods. Unusedmerchandise, in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A levy of 30% will be charged for goods not returned in their original packaging. Goods that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. |
