1. Generality

The design conception of this project is as following:

PP chips ---- Blending and Feeding --- Melting in the Extruder --- Prefiltration

                                                              Recycled Materials

Colouful PP Particles -- Spinning -- Cooling with the Side Wind -- Air Dragging

 Web forming -- Thermalbonding -- Winding -- Cutting -- End Products

      From  the figure it can be seen that this PP spunbonding line includes the following parts:'

a. Engineering : Electricity supply and distribution, Airconditioner and Cooling system.

b. Spinning : PP chips feeding, Melt and Extruding, Spinning

c. Web: Web forming , Thermalabonding and Winding

d. Cutting : Semi-manufactured goods, Cutting , Packing

e. Working time is calculated with four groups alternative.  It is about 333 days, 8000 hours per year.

2. Production ability, products specification and quality standard

a. Ability : 3000 t/a with the product of 40 g/sq.mtr

b. Products specification : Weight 10-200 g/sq.mtr, width 3.2meters

c. Quality Standard: According to the Chinese standard of PP spunbonding nonwovens.

4. Processing Parameters 

a. Spinning

I. Feeding System : Max 800 Kg/h of raw material, Max 10% of the raw material for the colorful PP articles

I. Extruder temperature : (Adjusted according to the different MFI of different material )

III. Spinning manifold:

Manifold temperature 220 - 260ºC

Material temperature  200-240ºC

IV       Metering Pump:

           Specification: One pumps of 1500cc/r

           Rotate speed: 0-40rpm

b. Web forming

I. Suction : Max suction speed is 15m/s and the total air quantity is 20000 m³/h

II. Air distribution : Uniform at the cross direction, Decreasing from the airjet to the web former at the machine direction.

c. Thermalbonding

Width : 3200 mm                                    Max speed: 120mm/min

Roller Type: The up one surface is fluting and the down one surface is smooth.

Roller diameter: 400mm                         Max temperature:260ºC

Bonding area: 19.01%                            Pressure: 50-100N/mm

d. Winding

Max width: 3200mm                              Max diameter: 1200mm

e. Cutting

f. Module cleaning

Cleaning oven with max temperature 450ºC processing temperature

420-450º and four hours heating time.
