Work Flow:
Loading coil---uncoiler----leveling---shearing and butt welding---accumulator---forming---HF welding---air cooling---water cooling---sizing---cutting by fixed length---end facing and chamfering---hydraulic testing ---storing
Introduction of main components:
1 Decoiler which insure steel coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip going into accumulator freely.
2 Shear and butt welder: Which ensure 2 coil steel strips shearing tidily and then welding together.

Packing for welded tube mill line is standard export package, which is suitable for container transportation, wooden package and film package available.
1. Installation and training:
a.If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how to install and use the machine, and
also train your workers/technician face to face.
b.Without visiting, we will send you user manual and video to teach you to install and operate.
c.If buyer needs our technician to go to your local factory, please arrange board and lodging.
