1. Before first use,remove all labels,hand wash in hot soapy water,rinse, and towel dry immediately.

2. Use only nylon,wood,or other non-scratching utensils.Using metal utensils or sharp instruments or appliances to cut,chop.or whip food will damage the non-stick surface.

3. Don’t preheat the cookware empty.Note:Carbon steel cookware is an extremely good conductor of heat.It can reach high temperatures much quicker than other materials you might be used to.Reaching temperature over 210 degree will only take 4-5 minutes.This temperature is too hot to cook with.It will burn your food and damage the non-stick coating.Always use low to medium heat.

4. Carbon steel cookware is not oven or broiler safe.
