1. Before first use,remove all labels,hand wash in hot soapy water,rinse, and towel dry immediately.

2. Use only nylon,wood,or other non-scratching utensils.Using metal utensils or sharp instruments or appliances to cut,chop.or whip food will damage the non-stick surface.

3. Don’t preheat the cookware empty.Note:Reaching temperature over 210 degree will only take 4-5 minutes.This temperature is too hot to cook with.It will burn your food and damage the non-stick coating.Always use low to medium heat.

4. Aluminum cookware is not oven or broiler safe.
