Brief intruduce:
Adopting counter flow cooling theory, pellet can be cooled fully and equally.
Slide valve discharging is used to make the operation stable and the material discharging easy and smooth.The temperature of cooled pellet isn't 3-5 degree celsius higher than room temperature.
Working process:
1.SKLN Series Counter Flow Cooler has the dispersing material device under the air lock outlet. This distributing device can help the pellets distributing more evenly in the middle storage. This distributing device is assembled together with the upper cover.
2. The hot pellets accumulate gradually after going into the middle storage in the function of dispersing material device via the air lock 1. When the pellets height reaches the upper material level meter, the shaking motor 6 starts to work intermittently. The intermittent working time can be adjusted. Under the action of shaking motor, the rectangle frame 4 shaking compared with machine frame to unload material.
3. When the output is higher than the input, the material coming down to below material level meter, the shaking motor will stop working immediately. The block plate will stop in one fixed position.
4. When the cooler stops working, the manual switch can be started. Then it can discharge all the left materials inside of the middle storage.
5. If it needs going on working, then after reaching the upper material level meter again, the shaking unloading device shakes again and unload materials.
6. The cooler can work normally when the output and input is almost the same. This can make sure the material have enough cooling time. During the whole working process, the cooling fan blower must be working all the time.
