Q1: May i get a sample and how can i pay for sample delivery fee?
A:yes, we may offer you 3-4 pcs of free samples to you, and you may arrange the shipping fee by paypal for us, or it would be much better if you have your own courier for collecting samples.
Q2: Can we have our Logo or company name be printed on your bottles?
A: Sure,your logo can be printed on the bottles by silk screen printing and hot stamping . Besides, we can also make color bottle and frosting bottles.
Q3: How can I place an order?
A: If you are ready to start cooperation with us, pls tell us your requests in details, and we will make Proforma Invoice for your approvel, after everything confirmed, we will arrange production once receiving your 30% deposit.
Q4:Which kind of payment do you accept?
A:Our payment terms are T/T,L/C at sight,Paypal etc. But if you need other payment term, pls talk with our sales person first before you place order.
Q5: How do you ship the goods, can you help me with the broker?
A:No problem, usually we ship goods by sea or by air, we can recommend ours to you if you do not have your own broker.
Q6: Do I get an after-sale service?
A: Of course, we can offer after sale service for you: first we can update with you about the shipping every week, second, we can make clearance documents according to your requirement. Most Importantly, if there is any claim after you receive the products, claims will be dealed with in 3 days after you send the picture and and other related proofs for the order, if it is proved to be caused by our mistake, we will make up your loss in the end after achieving an agreement.
