Q: How can I get the samples?

A: We can provide you up to 3 or 4 pcs of samples free of charge when asked. Usually they are sent by air Express with freight collect. If you don't have an Express account, you can prepay us the Express charge and we'll pay from the shipper side.

Q: How much is the freight of sample?
A: The freight cost depends on total weight and packing size and where it's sent to. We will consult the express company for you at that time.

Q: Can we have our Logo or company name be printed on your bottles?

A: Sure.Your Logo can be put on the bottles by hot stamping and silk-screen printing.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: If you are ready to start a cooperation with us, tell us your requests in detail, and we will make a Proforma Invoice for you to check. After everything comfirmed, we will arrange producing once we receive your 30% deposit.

Q: Do I get an after sale service?

A: We will consult the freight forwarder about the transit time and keep our eyes on its state, and offer you all the documents needed in time. If there is any claim after you receive the products, claims concerning quality shall be made within 20 days and claims concerning quantity shall be made within 10 days after the arrival of the goods at the destination port.
