Purpose:
The instrument is specially designed for determining dip angle and azimuth angle of borehole. In order to control borehole drilling direction and slope, and to avoid any accidents during drilling procedures, we should know the inclination states during drilling procedures, so that we can take suitable measures. It is more important to know the drilling direction and inclination during directional borehole drilling.

2. Dip angle:
(1) Measurement range is 0~30º, error is ±1º;
(2) Measurement range is 30~60º, error is ±2º;
3. Azimuth angle:
(1) Measurement range: 0~360º;
(2) Error: ±4º (Dip angle ≥4º);
4. Instrument outer sheath:
(1) Diameter: 75 mm;
(2) Length: 1990 mm;
(3) Weight: 33 kg;
5. There are two frames for each instrument.
6. The maximum working temperature of the instrument is 80 °C;
7. Airproof of the instrument: it can endure hydraulic pressure of 7 MPa;
8. Timing: 10~110 minutes;
9. It is not needed to use cable;
10. It only can make determination at a single point;
11. It is only used in non-magnetic area.
