KDG-30H full hydraulic lightweight engineering tunnel drill rig is developed aiming at grouting drilling for hydro-power station. It also can be used for timbering drilling, penetration-proof, blasting and crag/side slope geological disaster controlling hole drilling. This drilling rig is mainly suitable for hard rock drilling with diamond bit/PDC bit as well as DTH drilling.
1. Reasonable technical parameter assures more efficient drilling performance.
2. Fully hydraulic drive, top-drive head rotation, feeding and hoisting are all done by ration pump and ration motor which composite independent open hydraulic system, which is simple, advance, easy to use and maintain.
3. The main hydraulic components are imported from world famous hydraulic manufacturers, two-step filtering, improving the hydraulic system reliability.
4. Newly-designed overall structure, three level rotating speed, different rotation speeds can be used by equip different top-drive head hydraulic motor accordingly to suits different drilling demands.(detailed information see table 1)
5. Light weight, easy to be moved, assembled, maintained. Especially suitable for drilling works in tunnel and on the frame.
