Description
Water-cooled shell and tube condensers are specially used in the refrigeration and A/C industry. They can be cleaned mechanically if required, without opening the refrigerant side. Its compact design makes the condensers perfectly suitable for condensing units. Due to most modern product development and progressive manufacturing and testing methods our pressure vessel programme already meets the requirements of the GB151(standards of china), and are certified by the bureau of quality and technical supervision with the manufacturing lience .
1) With the efficient outer grooved copper tubes ,measure up the GB/T5231
2) Steel pipe without jointing for the shell , measure up the GB8163.
3) Strictly testing by the water & air pressure , For the shell test-pressure is up to 28bar and copper tube test-pressure is up to 10bar.
