1. What is the payment terms about orders ?
We use T/T and L/C double way to process orders. Long term payment only for old customers or well know good credit company.
2. If I want to visit the factory before order , OK or not ?
We love to show my factory to you. Just note us the time you might be here. Will arrange everything for you .
Every year we pass the Factory Inspection of Carefour and some big customers. In case you can use their inpection report. That will save your travling cost
3. What is the delivery time of the order.
Regular container order
wooden hangers : 45 days
Metal Hanger : 28 days
Plastic Hangers : 35 days.
Flocked orders : 15 days.
Metal Fittings : 18 days

Pay attention to the beneficery name when wire money. Only to the official bank way by the contract.
1. Can I order hangers customerized ?
Of course, Pls. Note me what color / what special part than regular hanger or what LOGO yu need in details with quantity.
2. If I want to print the hanger into RED color,
Pls. Note me the PANTONE NO. of the color .
3. I dont like the hanger shiny effect.
Well , No problem, We have antique , matt, half matt finishing for your choice.
4. If I want to add my logo on the hanger, what should I do ?
Logo can be add on the hanger by tampo silk printing , lasered , colored lasered. hot stemped. Sticker metal or paper.
Most Cheapest choice is TAMPO SILK PRINTING. ( Mould fee need to be paid before order)
1000ps order is basic quantity.
