Payment&Shipping
1. We generally accept T/T, paypal.
2. Full payment/downpayment must be made within 7days after placing order
or the order will be invalid or cancelled by the system.
3. DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS, TNT, HK post air mail, HK post air parcel available
4. For sample order, 3-5business days after confirmation of full payment
For bulk order, 8-15business days after confirmation of full payment or downpayment.
Returns&Warranty
Warranty scope:
1. The defects caused by manufacturing or materials.
2. Warranty is within 36 months after shipment.
Non-warranty scope:
1.Products are not sold by Biwin.
2.The defects are beyond the Warranty Period.
3.The products have been changed by the third party, which is not authorized by Biwin.
4.The defects are caused by the improper operation.
5.The defects are caused by the accident such as dropping into water and so on.
6.The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of Biwin.
RMA procedures:
1. Make sure the goods are in the above warranty scope, and within warranty
2. Transfer all your data to other storage devices
3. Tell the defective product details to Biwin sales representative
4. After-sale representative’s confirmation, you will receive an RMA sheet with RMA number.
5. Return goods to Biwin.
