Description:
The GOLDSHINE range of telemetry load cell shackles complements our standard cabled version, and are ideal for situations where the use of traditional cable shackles would limit distance or movement, or where for safety reasons, a greater distance is needed between the load and the operator.
In addition to the benefits of increased safety and maneuverability, the telemetry shackle is far more convenient to use, and eliminates the problems associated with long lengths of trailing cable which become easily snagged and are prone to damage.
The hand-held display can store up to 20 different transducer parameters which enables one display to accommodate several load shackle signals, and by using a receiver/ data converter that gives RS485 output, the number of monitored transducers can be increased to as many as 32. Battery check, data protection and error detection are also standard features. The shackle load range starts at 3t , with the top load only limited by the availability of shackle forgings, currently around 100t. Normal operating distance is around 300 meters subject to operating conditions.
All shackles come with calibration certificate. Optional carrying cases are available for size up to a 35t rating.
