How to use the system
1.Mold and accessories
2. Close handles to lock two halves mould together.
3. Position cleaned conductors in modld after making sure mold is dry,by pre-heating or making a test joint
4. Place metal disc in bottom of mold crucible
5. Dump powder into crucible,spreading some staring powder on edge of mold.
6. Close lid and ignite with flint gun from side, firing spark onto the starting powder.
7. The reaction takes place safely inside the mould.
8. Once the joint is finished, the mould should be cleaned using a mould scraper and brush ready for the next time.
NOTE:
• Avoid contacting of hot molten metals with water, oil, grease, etc. It may cause excessive spatter and burns.
• Do not uses in flammable vapors or dust, a fire or explosion may happen.
• Avoid fire, mould must be stored in dry, well-ventilated area, away from open flame and excessive heat.
• Avoid looking directly at the light of the reaction. It may irritate your eyes.
• Wear safety glasses and leather gloves to use the mould.
