About UHMW-PE/ HDPE:
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) has amusing performance.
It retains all excellent performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, wear-resistant is 7 time than steel, and 3 times than nylon.
It has good self-lubricating, shock, eliminate noise & vibration, anti-adhesive, anti-corrosion, and anti-aging properties.
Its light weight is only 1/7 of manganese steel.
So it’s the best material for bulk storage material and transport equipment lining, such as silos and launder.
It’s widely used in the industries of power, steel mills, coal mines, and so on.
Applications of HDPE/ UHMW PE:
This high-wear plates is adapt to install in various environmental conditions, it can be designed according to user requirements, which is ease to install and maintain. For example, installing hopper, chute under coal mine and metallurgical industry, can completely resolve bonding and sealing problems during transportation process, to achieve safe and efficient production.
