Copper Costing Mold Graphite
The graphite mould is used in continuous casting of copper, platinum, gold, silver, other non−ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel, etc. It has good thermal conductivity, self−lubricating in high temperature, wear resistance, good oxidation resistance and high mechanical strength.
The graphite mould can be divided into horizontal continuous casting mould or vertical continuous casting mold. By the cast materials it is divided into: 1. Brass continuous casting graphite mould 2. Red copper continuous casting graphite mould 3. Continuous casting graphite mould for jewelry of gold, silver, platinum, etc.4. Steel and stainless steel continuous casting graphite mould. By the shape of the cast product, it is divided into round bar mould, hollow tube mould, and shaped graphite mould. By the hole number, it is divided into single hole mould and multi-hole mould.

The sizes could be customerized on your request. After the process of precise machining by CNC, grinding, polishing and coating , the graphite mould usually have ideal performance in casting.
