China cheap drum wood chipper

1.Suitable for paper plants, shaving board plants, fibred-board plants and wood chip production plants.
2.Log and undersize log etc material can be cutting into similar length and uniform thickness small wood chip, and also can cutting branch and planks and other wooden materials.
3.The machine body adopted welding of high strength steel plate process, stabilization and reliable.
4.Equipped with two fly-cutter (can add to 3 or 4), through specially bolts to fix cutter into rotor roller.
5.Hydraulic system adopted manual oil pump supply to oil cylinder, with open-type cover cap is easy for cutter replacement and maintenance.
6.Lift the upper feeding roller assembly in maintenance, easy for adjustment of the gap between cutter and bed cutter, also easy for comb plate dismounting and install.
7.Qualified wood chips will fall down from screen and discharge from bottom, the oversized wood chips with stay inside the machine and re-chipping.
8.Knife roller cutting part equips with protection plate, effectively prolongs the service life of knife roller.
9.Adopted SKF heavy duty bearing, ensure the equipment’s performance and service life under continuous full load operation state.
10.The feeding belt conveyor of chipper adopts high strength wear-resistant belt.
11.Supporting roller adopts elastic rubber roller, which absorbs the vibration and strike in the process of conveying so that protects the belt.
