This is a high-tech filling equipment integrating on the PLC microcomputer programmable control, and photo electricity transduction pneumatic action. The machine is especially suitable for foodstuff. For example: white spirit, soy sauce, vinegar, seasoning, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water, edible liquid as well as chemical liquid. It has accurate filling measurement; there is not bubble and drop. It suits for the filling of all kinds of bottle (including irregular bottle)

The manufacturer shall supply qualified products, if some problem of quality found within one-year delivery. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or replace defeats ones. But if more 7 days, customer pays our engineers one people one day usd50/person.
4. The customer pays the travelling expenses, food, and accommodation. We welcome clients send their workers to our company study. It's free to study machine on our factory, Our Company is charged with the fee of food and accommodation. Our machines are very easy to operate and manage. Worker can operate and manage these machines after they study three days. The number of persons training is as customer requirement.

FAQ
1. How does this machine control filling volume?
A: It controls filling volume by setting filling time for each valve. The volume= velocity of flow X time.
2. Is there other filling capacity can be choosen?
A: Yes, the filling capacity is upto 20Litre or more. We can customize it for you according to your bottle size.
3. Our liquid has foam when fill, can you solve this problem for us.
A: Don't worry, we can add dive filling function such nozzles can dive in to the bottle to fill. Also nozzles can rise while filling.
4. Can this machine fill viscosity liquid?
A: If the viscosity liquid is with good mobility, it is ok. Such as mike(not yogurt), thin oil such liquid with very little viscosity.
5. Our country's voltage is different from China, can you supply machine with the power supply same as our country?
A: Yes, we can. We can customize it for you.
