1.Characteristic of Concrete Plant Twin Shaft Mixer

HZS Series concrete mixing plant is a modular, quickly-installed concrete mixing plant designed by our company according to market requirement. The aggregate is fed by loader, supplied by batcher and mixed by twin horizontal shafts compulsory mixer. The cement is stored in silo, conveyed by screw conveyor and weighed by cement scale. The water is supplied by water pump and weighted by water scale. The whole procedure is done and controlled by electric control system automatically. It has the function of matching memory, freefall correction, separated manual operation etc, which can realize mode of both manual and automatic operation.

This series of product has the features of simple structure, convenient installation, low cost and advanced configuration. It suits to industry or civil construction, road, bridge and other at site concrete mixing or commercial concrete mixing.

2.Features of Concrete Plant Twin Shaft Mixer

·The reduction unit (patent technology), specially designed for a balanced distribution of power to the various mixing device, ensures a high efficiency and low-noise rotation. Compared the traditional gearbox, this unit takes less space, and the maintenance space of the mixer can enlarge 30%.

·Special designed mixing facility makes the mixing faster and more homogenous, no material heaped.

·According to different materials, the liner and tiles can be cast-iron, HARDOX steel plate (Sweden original) or hard facing materials.

·Ni-hard cast iron blades are more wearable. As an alternative, we also offer polyurethane blades for special requirement.

·Large access facility is for easy maintenance and cleaning. The key-operated safety switch guarantees that the motor cannot be powered with the cover open, even if the disconnect switch is closed.

·Hydraulic system equipped with manual pump allows the door be opened in case of electric failure.

·The discharging door is equipped with limit switches, which can be opened at any angle. Maximum three discharging doors are available.

·From optimal model selection to customerized mixer for special applications, we can offer a full range of technical support and maintenance services
