hot sales low viscous food type packaging line (50-1000ml)
This production line is suitable for low viscosity products, the watery liquid .such as say sauce, vinegar ,wine, and low viscous liquid ,the watery liquid ,etc . This line with fast speed to bottle unscrambling , filling and capping.
It is suitable for the bottle line less than 1000ml, consisting of automatic bottles unscrambler, gravity time volumetric filling machine, rotary capping machine, wet-glue/self-adhesive combined labeling machine, automatic opening, cartoning, cartons sealing machine and conveying buffer. It completes first filling and second packing in cartons.
1 It is intelligent, only requires 3 people (one operator, two assistants) to run this line.
2 The unscrambler works fast and suitable for flat and round bottles, and easy adjustment with no module fixed, any fallen bottles will be returned to the elevator, it alarms for bottles not loaded.
3 gravity time volumetric filling to ensure high precision; downwards filling with position feedback, the filling nozzles are self-adjusted for different bottles, reducing foams for the specific material.
4 Rotary capping machine, suitable for kinds of caps, especially for inner strengthened caps, reaches almost 100% qualified; Slant caps, non-caps, non-aluminum foil caps automatic rejecting system to ensure the qualified rate.
5 Wet-glue/self-adhesive combined labeling machine to use different labels, it reduces cost.
6 Automatic cartons opening, packing, cartons sealing machine is easy for operation, making worker more comfortable and production capacity higher.

We always send our service engineers to customer's factory to install and adjust machine, at the same time our engineers will train the workers of client and teach them knowledge about management machine, if our engineers stay 7days, it’s free to charge salary. But if more 7 days, customer pays our engineers one people one day usd50/person.
4. The customer pays the travelling expenses, food, and accommodation. We welcome clients send their workers to our company study. It's free to study machine on our factory, Our Company is charged with the fee of food and accommodation. Our machines are very easy to operate and manage. Worker can operate and manage these machines after they study three days. The number of persons training is as customer requirement.
