We produce steel cut wire shot strictly according to the material requirements of the American Society
of Automotive Engineers "SAE J441 standards", and People's Republic of China Machinery Industry
"JB / T 8354-1996 steel cut wire shot standard (Because adopting recycled steel wire, the length
and the standard have slight difference ).

Honest Horse Steel Cut Wire Shot Advantages:
1. Huge economic benefits. It has advantages of good toughness, high strength and will not break. Lifetime is more
than 15 times than cast iron shot.
2. Lower the abrasion of blade and impeller. Its appearance is with edges and corners. At the beginning of working,
it owns a low hardness about 40HRC.After several times collisions,it gradually becomes round with a high hardness
above 50HRC after plastic deformation. The white iron shots hardness can reach about 55HRC after crushed with
impact which will damage the blade and impeller vastly.While,the steel cut wire shots turn rounder and rounder as
many times impact that wears the blade and impller dinky.
3. Improve the quality of cleaning. Because the shot will not break, its impact strength is relatively powerful, achieving
a good effect and high qualified cleaning for workpieces.
4. Reduce dust pollution and reduce the labor of workers.
