Product Application
DXD-110 Horizontal automatic packaging machine contains motor film-releasing，film forming, bottom sealing, vertical sealing, pouch pulling by servo motor, cutting, pouch opening and filling, pouch transferring and top sealing. The cams on the main shaft finish the coordinated action driven by the motor and the encoder on the main shaft feedback the position single. Under the control of the PLC, it realizes the function of film roll→film forming→film in-shape→powder filling→sealing→ finished products transferring. At last, the finished products will be manually put into boxes or cartons. The machine designs properly with a beautiful appearance. It adapts standard stripe sealing. It can realize automatic power, granule, SC, EC, AS filling with changing the filling device. The whole machine uses SUS304 which has the feature of perfect anti-corrosion. The organic glass cover can prevent the flowing of dust which is more environmental-friendly.

Main Features
1）This machine is suitable widely for foodstuff, pesticide , pharmaceutical ,domestic chemical and other lines . Aim at the material of liquid , powder , granule ,viscous body ,and the products can choose different kinds of filling style .high calculation .
2）Frequency control system: import motor and frequency control speed, operating stable and reliable . Low velocity torque can also good operate in the big load change situation .
3）Servo feeding system :servo motor through the shift pulses direct control the feeding screw to feed . The property is stable and the adjustment is easy and fast .
4）Pouch system :the pouch ,sealing and filling system are independent . The two systems are moved by the machine linkage and the PLC. so , it can be used in the different packing object .
5）Made product packaging system : apply the heat-seal packaging material (polyethylene film , MLCM)to making the bags automatically . Metering filling and sealing are all automatic . The finished bag is the stand up bag . Choose the different filling style can filling different products.
6）Integrated control system : apply PLC to control, high integrated level , strong control ability , reliable operating . Photoelectric sensor , coder ,proximity switch , etc are all adopt advanced import sensor . So , it reflects the electromechanical integration faultlessly .
7）Servo pulling bag system :adopt PLC position module to realize the accurate positioning . The pulling speed is stable and big torque . So it can guarantee the little error and the beautiful shape.

It's free to study machine on our factory, Our Company is charged with the fee of food and accommodation. Our machines are very easy to operate and manage. Worker can operate and manage these machines after they study three days. The number of persons training is as customer requirement.
