Production introduction
PE-AL-PE adopts good material and advanced technique to ensure it's stable performance an long life service. Specially aiming at the demand of indoor high temperature radiative heating system as well as other high-end customers who need high safety, high stability and high quality pipes.
Product characteristics
1. Five layer: PE - Hot melt adhesive - Aliminium - Hot melt adhesive - PE
2. Different material composite pipe can be produced. (PE-AL-PE, PEX-AL-PE, PEX-AL-PEX, PERT-AL-PERT)
3. Improve pressure resistance and temperature resistance: PN25(-40--110 degree)
4. Geatly reduced liear expansion coefficient, only 1/4 of common PPR pipes
5. Seamless butt welded ipes or overlapped pipes are produced
