Features:
1,This machine is suitable for all kinds of flat products, such as board ,calcium silicate board,metal,ceramic,plastic,glass surface paint.Improve working efficiency and not only save the paint but with uniform coating of the workpiece.
2,This machine suits for all kinds of paint,such as:UV,PU,NC and waterborne coatings,the remained paint can be recycled and make no-waste.
3,The rubber roll using imported materials with 240mm diameter.Quantitative smooth roll’s diameter is 150mm,roller mirror with chrome plated,make the coating surface of workpiece more flat and level.
4,Configuration import material strength toughness scraper,adjusted by reducer with high accuracy.
5,Convey belt is 3mm skidproof belt,which resistant to all solvent,prevent layer phenomenon caused by chemical corrosion,convey system have belt centreing device.
6,The operation of smooth roll and rubber roll controlled by independent frequency inverter and speed reducer,the spacing of smooth roll and rubber through the worm machine to adjust eccentric shaft ,drive dovetail institution to complete.Bearing seal astructure and prevent the paint.
