1. Quality control:

100% of the products will be tested . Firstly we will test chip parameters . After the chip encapsulation . we test 100% of the welding diode again.  Each chip and welding diode should pass all these QC procedures and we have all detailed records for  every products.  Once everything is ok, We will send the goods.

2. How can I get some samples?

The price of sending  samples is the same. We quate FOB price. You need to bear the freight after it boarded  the ship freight.

3. Applications of welding diodes:

Locomotives, industrial transmission, motor soft start, high voltage dc transmission, high voltage reactive power compensation, the motor excitation, induction heating...

2,What's the MOQ?

We usually require only one for each item,if the items are smaller size,we need need more MOQ,we will state it on our quotation.As we are a factory,now,it's hard for us to produce,as we need to consider the mold cost and also the labor cost.Many tks for your understand.

3,Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.We have done many OEM project for our customers.

Sample time is about 15-20 days.

Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product
