Machine Configuration:
1,The machine can be applied to full the putty or coating of a variety of products with surface roughness or texture,making the product much more smooth.The reverse steel roll of this machine could full coating into the sunken places.It can substitute manual filling work but only for those products with light roughness.This machine is suitable for floor,furniture,decorative board,calcium silicate board and so on,which own flat surface.Individually designed reverse-rotation scratching and forward-rotation filling devices could control the filling volume by adjustment of the roller and scraper,suitable for many kinds of paintings,such as NC,PU,PE,AC,UV,etc.This machine is equipped with devices t oprevent spills putty.
2, using imported materials rubber roller diameter of 240mm, the roll surface by CNC precision machining.
3, Putty roll with a diameter of 240mm light big roll, chrome roll surface, cylindrical grinder by CNC precision machining.
4, equipped with imported materials scraper strong toughness, by the reducer adjustment, high accuracy.
5, the conveyor belt is imported materials 3mm, solvent, from the floor to prevent the phenomenon, plus anti-deviation device.
6, running light roller and rubber roller by an independent drive and control gear, wherein the spacing between the adjustment screw through a worm machine, driven dovetail mechanism to complete.
7, the bearing sealing structure to prevent the penetration of paint
8, by two rubber rollers and a putty roll composition greatly increases the amount of padding.
9, the entire machine configuration Taiwan Delta converter and three-phase asynchronous motor worm gear.
10, the whole package, a diaphragm pump, a heating oil tank 20L, a putty funnel.
