Machine Configuration
1, using imported materials rubber roller rubber roller diameter of 240mm, the roll surface by CNC precision machining.
2, rolls with a diameter of 150mm light big roll, chrome roll surface, cylindrical grinder by CNC precision machining.
3, equipped with imported materials scraper strong toughness, by the reducer adjustment, high accuracy.
4, the conveyor belt is 3mm slip, solvent resistance, to prevent the phenomenon from the floor, plus anti-deviation device.
5, running light roller and rubber roller by an independent drive and control gear, wherein the spacing between the adjustment screw through a worm machine, driven dovetail mechanism to complete.
6, the bearing sealing structure to prevent the penetration of paint.
7, the entire machine configuration Taiwan Delta converter and three-phase asynchronous motor worm gear.
8, the whole package, a diaphragm pump, a heating oil tank 20L.
Customers need to take care of themselves with others:
1,50Hz, 380V three-phase power supply.
2,0.5MPA gas source.
