Description:
The diesel fuel tank cleaning machine is used to clean the diesel fuel tank effectively. Cleaning without dismantling the tank and the oil pipe, easy operation.
The working principle is firstly the oil pumping tube absorb the fuel in the tank to the prefiltation cartridge for pre-filtation, clear the water and big dirty material. Secondly the pump will add pressure to drive the fuel into the fine filter cartridge to clear the small dirty material. Thirdly the filtered clean fuel will be sprayed by 1.5kg pressure from the high-pressure sprayer to the lateral cavity, mix the dirt and the fuel ,and recirculating filter at the amount of 30 liter per minute. Cleaning time is decided by the fuel amount in the tank and the cleaning degree of the tank. It is applied to diesel fuel tank of all types of vehicles.

Operating instructions:
Method I:
1.Bend the sprayer into proper angle, and insert it into lateral cavity through the hole on clapboard
2. Insert the extracting oil tube at the bottom of the tank and the corners of the lateral cavity.
3. Connect the power supply, adjust the switch into clockwise turning, that is normal cleaning direction of the cleaning machine
4. Hold the spray lance, spraying the inner walls and corners of tank
Method II:
1.Put the clean tube under the tank, take down the screw at the bottom of tank, then the oil was all out from the tank.
2. Put the oil tube into the vessel and put the spraying tube into the tank.
3. Connect the power supply, adjust the switch into clockwise.
4. Move the spray lance and making the spray nozzle can completely clean all the corners of the tank.
Cleaning Advice:
1. If you clean as the first way, you can lift one side tire for 5--10 cm, make the fuel tank get the lean angle.
2. When the fuel is not enough to half of the tank, please use the rotation sprayer.
3. When the fuel is more than half of the tank, please use the direct sprayer.
4. When clean the small tank entrance, please adopt the second way to clean.
Pay attention to:
When the pressure gauge shows a high data, please check if the filter is blocked.

Safe Notice:
Setting Notice:
1.Before use the machine, inset the power switch on the behind of the motor cover, and fix the screw.
2.The matching external power source must have the ground lead; the line must be at least 1.5 SQMM.
3.According to the motor, the machine can use under 1phase 220V and 3 phase 380V, the external power rise and fall should keep within 5% of the rated operational voltage.
Using Notice:
1. Do not filter the inflammable, explosive and the corrosive liquid.
2. Do not filter the petrol and water.
3. Do not let the pump turn without load or turn on the opposite direction; it should work with the rich fuel feeding.
4. Do not change the sprayers’ oil outlet diameter, hole and the angle.
Repair and Maintenance:
1.1 phase motor adopts the 3 connectors plug, it should be pulled up when repair, since the motor has the starting and running electric capacity, please note its power leaking.
2.If the motor is difficult to start ,run slowly or stop when running, the usual problem comes from the line between the machine socket and the power source is too thin or too long, cause the low voltage. Please change the thick line.
The Changing of the Filter:
When change the filter, please drain out the fuel in the machine, below is the method:
1. Pull out the oil pumping tube and the sprayer, not touch the fuel.
2. Keep the clockwise turning switch open till the there is no fuel from the sprayer.
3. Keep the anticlockwise turning switch open till there is no fuel from the oil pumping tube.
4. Open the registration blow-down valve, turn the anticlockwise switch, and drain out all the dirty fuel. then close the valve.
5. Open the fine filter valve, turn the clockwise switch, drain out all the diesel and close the valve.
6. Open the filter cover and change the filter.
