Bulk density Bulk density is an important technological parameter,abrasive grain's density ,shape and grit distribution are decisive factors for it.bulk density is closely related on abrasive tool's formability, strength,porosity and influence grinding performance. Shape Shape of abrasive grain also is a very important performance. blocky shape(sphere) is more perfect, it influences toughness,bulk density and hydrophilic. Abrasive through advanced plastic and selection processing,could obviously increase the product form content such as blocky shape grains. |

Character: BFA has high hardness,stong self-sharpening, excellent heat resistance.
Application: BFA for manufacturing resin and ceramic grinding tool,is cutting malleable cast iron,ordinary steel, carbon steel,alloy steel and hard bronze,etc. A powerful guarantee.
Supplying grains: BFA is available in grits F16,..,F220; F230,...,F3000, sized in acordance with the current GB/FEPA sieve standards. Other sizes are also available on request.
