Process Following Lube Oils:

To process various used lubrication oils, such as gear oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, freezer oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, internal-combustion oil, heat treating oil, etc.

Removed impurities: 

Remove moisture, gas, tiny hydrocarbon and acid from oil by flash evaporation to enhance the oil quality and recover the nature of lubricating oil, almost like new.

Characteristics

1.  The filter elements with different precision consist of fine and multi-stage filtration system,      which can effectively remove mechanical impurities in waste oil.

2.  Excellent breaking emulsification, degassing and dewatering system, which adopts three-        dimensional wide flash vaporization technology and membrane evaporation technology to      deeply separate moisture, gas, light hydrocarbon and light acid away from oil.

3.  Advanced pressure protection system and level control system to make sure a safe and            reliable operation.

4.  Stably automatic and manual electric heating temperature-control system guarantees the o        balance oil heating and constant temperature.

5.  Adopted high effective air-cooling condensed system which is good at cooling the steam to      water and draining it out.

Other Special Configuration

In view of customers’ special requirement, we have also developed DYJ-Ex: used in flammable and explosive working condition. DYJ-B: used for purifying the oils contain too much impurities because of being connected with an additional pressure sheet frame purifier. DYJ-T: used for purifying the oils contain too much acid, or used to discolor. DYJ-S: used for purifying the oils contain too much water because of attaching a water-ring vacuum pump. DYJ-F (enclosed type): used in wet and dusty working condition.
