Operation tips:
Attention: The machine must have a strong protective ground wire
- Plug into power, turn on the power switch, indicate lighting is on.
- Open the motor switch, adjust the pressure till 4-6 kg/cm3
3. Adjust the temperature of Digital display thermostat, when the temperature reached the setting temperature, red indicate light will off, at this time the machine could start working.
4. Setting the time as you want in time controller.
5. When the actual temperature reaching setting temperature, press the option switch where is at the bottom of electric box , the first working platen (A) is automatically up pressing the heating platen and start working, automatically time count down, when the time up, it automatically decrease to specific location, press the start switch ( the green or red one in front), at the same time, the second working platen (B) automatically enter into specific location, after that the time automatically count down working the same as A platen. So it cycling repeat working. ( attention: if working platen is not reach the specific location, the machine will not work), this machine can switch freely between manual and automatic, before large quantity production, use manual mode to small sample printing, only after confirm the quality reach you want, you can press it to automatic production.
6. The red round switch is "Emergency stop" switch, press this switch, the machine can not work, working platen reach specific location. When need re-start working, clockwise rotation the red round switch, it will automatically flick, then re-start working.
7. Before adjust time and temperature, you must turn the option switch to stop position, after that you can adjust the time and temperature.
