FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS:
• Vacuum Gauge: Normal working pressure display at -0.09 to -0.094 MPA
• Indicator: Machine normal working, the light is off, when it finished working, it's on. this indicator palys a role to remind.
• Touch screen + PLC: 1. Set the temperature, time, film preheating time and 8 languages for one key operation, easy and conevenient. 2. Display temperature, time. 3. PLC switch power controller, make sure the temperature more stable and accurate.
• Vacuum switch: Press this button or "start" button on the touch screen, which can start the vacuum pump working.
• Power switch: Humanization design and convenient for setting.
• Working layer: Configure with an alloy aluminum & CNC made A3 tray, also it is support A5 tray. also configure with a high quality silicone sucker, which can be resist high temperature (300 clesius degree), thers is no need to change it in 2-3 years.
• Jigs preheating layer: For jigs preheating, much save the the jig preheating time when you change other model of phone case, improve your production effecient.

Touch scree display: Here you can easy set the temperature, time, and film preheating time. also it along with 8 languages, they are: Chines, English, Spanish, Portugese, French, Germany, Italian, and Turkish, also can pre set the language according to your Language, make you and your client without trouble in operating this machine.
Infrared heating: which is the most advanced heating way, compare with the normal heating tube, its feature is the temperature is much stronger penetrability, transfered image color is much more clearly, and temperature distribute more accurate and stable.
Vacuum sucker: The material of sucker is slilicone, which can beat more than 300 celsius degree without any deformation, due to its long life, so if it is not man-made reason, it can be used 2-3 years.
A4 tray: The material of A4 tray is made by #7075 aluminum alloy,which is for airplane, satellite etc parts, costs very high, and made by CNC precision lathing, all holes was meticulous design, unlike other factories machine, the tray made by mould open casting, which will easy leak the air after long time using.
Fans: side and back fans which can quickly cooling the machine surface heat, keep appropriate temperature of the body. another big power fan also built in the middle top of the machine, this design will have an another very important function --hot air circulation, which can make sure the each part of inside of machine temperature is even, transfer printing results is much more better.
Jigs preheating layer: this layer suit for phone case, Ipad mini, Ipad 2/3/4/air jigs preheating, when you want change other model jig, you don't need cost more 30 minutes to preheat, which can greatly save your time, improve working effecient.
A3 size far infrared heating phone case sublimation 3d sublimation heat press machine operation instructions:
First step: Start the machine, set temperature 145-150 C, set time according to the image color dark or light, for light color, set around 480s, for dark color, set around 600s as suggestion.
Second step: Put the tray and jigs into machine for preheating 30 minutes.
Third step: Printed film need dry in 10 minutes, make sure the sublimation ink is enough dry. tips: printed film put into dry oven, but must make sure its flat without any wrinkle, otherwise the film can not use. or we suggest use fast dry sublimation ink, we suggest use original korea sublimation ink.
Forth step: put the blank film coating phone case on the jig,and put the film to the tray, close the tray and working layer.
Fifth step: Set the preheating time, we suggest 10-15s for preheating. note: our machine with preheating film function, it can reach best transfer results after the film get soften, and also solve the stetch problem by vacuum sucking.
Last step: Wear high temperature gloves to take out the tray and phone case.
