Product description:

Granite stone coating is made up of high-grade organosilicon acrylic resin and high- level natural colorful sand, ceramic sand and high-molecular weather resistant granite. Thus it can achieve 90% simulation and environmental friendly.

 

Applicable scope: 

Interior & exterior wall, line board and special styles of top residential building, villa, commercial building, hotel etc.

 

 

Construction Techniques:

 

 

Procedures Description
Base treament Remove dirt, floating dust and concave from base and level the base with Jorrox coating filler for exterior wall
Primer Apply primer for Jorrox color stone coating
Joint pointing Measure, score and stick in spacing manner as required by the design and apply goffered paper onto the spaced locations
Intermediate coating Apply 2-3 layers of Jorrox color stone coating with special purpose gun
Joint pointing Remove the goffered paper
Grinding Grind with 180 mesh emery paper after drying
Finish Apply primer special for Jorrox color stone
