PVC spiral steel suction hose and PVC steel wire hose
PVC lay flat hose/ pipe is designed as a standard duty hose for water discharge in agricultural irrigation,industrial and construction applications,and is economical and rolls up flat for easy and storage,resists kinking and twisting.

High strength polyester yarn jacket

♦Construction:
The PVC lay flat hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyester based 70%PVC with 30%NBR.The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn.
The "extrusion through-the-weave"porduction method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulatingthe woven polyester.
♦Feature:
UV resistance,lighter and less bulky than most rubber discharge hose.
Resist abrasion and weathering,resit kinking and stretching while in service.
More economic solutions replace NBR layflat hose and TPU layflat hose in some cases.
♦Application:
Suitable for use and recommended for industrial and ariculture applications in:dewatering and operations,frac water transfer,distribution of slurry and manure as fertilizer.Fuel,oil and chemical transfer.
