Heavy Duty(PVC WITH NITRILE RUBBER)
is a ribbed black nitrile oil resistant discharge lay-flat hose.
It is lighter and less bulky than most rubber discharge hoses. and resist abrasion and weathering.
Used in many varied applications, with limited oil and chemical use.
Resisting kinking and stretching while in service.

This hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyester based polyurethane (TPU) with excellent wear & tear properties.
The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn. The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.
This hose can operate in temperature range from -50 C deg to 80 C deg(-58 F deg to +176 F deg).

We can supply 20-50cm free sample for your test or little longer, you just need to pay express freight or we can do freight collect.

Usually our MOQ is 1000m each size, but for first cooperation we also accept little order, so any order is welcomed.
