Production Introduction
The carbonated soft drink machine is used in producing all kinds of carbonated drink packed with PET bottles. The operation and maintenance of the carbonated drink machine is convenient.The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. The advanced auto-washing technology is used in the system. Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying, the noise is Iow and the whole machine runs smoothly. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.
The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can, also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps, and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically. The carbonated soft drinks machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.
The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

3. During the debugging, our company will supply some free spare parts, and fittings.
Workers’ training
1. Our company will be responsible for technical training to buyer. The training content includes structure and maintenance of equipment and equipment control and operation, ect;
2. Training can be in the buyer’s factory. Our company will send qualified technicians to teach and make corresponding training outline.
3. After training, buyer should master related operation and maintenance of equipments, and should be able to solve some common problems masterly.
