Thickness:0.020mm-0.030mm(before coating).

Core Inner diameter:76mm
Heat sealing strength: more than 7N/15mm
Primer or OP: about 1GSM
One side coated HSL for heat sealing with PVC/PVDC for packing tablet,capsules,etc. The other side is printed or coated primer for printing

Our Machine:
For heatseal coated blister foil ,we choose 10-15kgs a roll,each roll will be packed by PP film 4rolls in a carton,a 20ft container can load 18tons.
