1.Introduction: metallized aluminum foil paper for cigarette/cigarette paper
cigarette packing paper used as inner packaging of cigarette packs is formed by two-layer laminate made by means of the technology of backing the aluminium foil with paper using dispersion starch-based adhesive. Aluminium foils with a thickness of 0.006 to 0.0100 mm are used. Paper, with a basis weight in the range of 25 to 50 g/m2, is mill finished either on one side or on both sides. The entire surface of the foil is coated with a layer of special sliding varnish ensuring good workability on high-speed machines. Varnish can be either clear or of a specified colour and shade. The laminate can be further aesthetically finished by the embossed printing in our plant or on the packing machines in the course of cigarettes, Tobacco or Gutkha packing.
