It is a yellowish insulating and electric stress control mastic and mainly used as filling and shimming tape,used with power cable accessory.

7.it is easy to be used and also could be applied in -40~70°C for a long time.
8. the use of heat or cold shrinkable materials matching in the middle connection of electric power cable and cable terminal for 10kv and above high-voltage.
Applications:
1. insulation filling and sealing mastic tape for use with cable accessory(cold or heat shrinkable materials)
2.It is fit for joints of the ends or middles of cables 10kv or high voltage of more than 10kv.
3.outside the cable is semi-conductor,semi-conductor layer was cut off, need to be winded with the mastic tape
4.then the mastic tape take effect of electrical stress evacuation and insulation and filling the void.
5. good bonding strength to the tubing of aluminum, copper, lead and tubing for oil removal and insulation tubing.
6. insulated cables connectors with good air-tightness, sealing, bonding, weathering resistance, ageing resistance, and electrical property.
7. stress relief mastic are used to fill in void space or gaps between the cable joints and terminations. Release electrical stress at the end of polymeric cable joints and terminations to ensure the safe operation of power system.
Use:1.take out the outside layer of the cable and clean it.
ver the articles with the mastic and sheathe the heat shrinkable tubing.
3.use the heating guy to hot up and make it sealing well.
