Slatwall panel faced types:
Slatwall Panel is flexible,it can be Melamine Paper,PVC Face or High Glossy HPL / UV / Acrylic Face,with more than 500 kinds of colors Optional.
PVC Slatwall Panel is designed for home appliance and garment store clients, which are solid and firm in appearance and helps to generate eye-catching diaplays that can easily be changed according to the products and seasons.The slatwall panels are hooked directly into the grooves so that the slatwall hooks can be mounted and products can be displayed.
Q. What materials are used to produce your slatwall panels?
A.Our slatwall panels are manufactured using about 40kg, ≥0.8Mpa internal bond Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). This type of MDF board is the highest rated MDF board on the market. Our slatwall, when properly installed, is guaranteed to not bend, bow or break when in use.
Q. What are the slatwall panel dimensions?
A. Our two standard slatwall panel sizes: 4’h(1220mm) x 8’(2440mm)w (horizontal cut) and 8’(2440mm)h x 4’(1220mm)w (vertical cut). Both sizes are available upon request. Regardless of the slatwall panel size, all slatwall panels are 16mm or 18mm thick. Slatwall is also known as slotwall, slat board, slat wall, slat board panel and slot board panels.
Q. What slatwall groove spacing options do you have available?
A. Our standard slatwall groove spacing options are: 75mm On Center or 100mm On Center. We also offer: 150mm On Center, and 300mm On Center upon request. The "On Center" refers to the amount of distance between each slatwall groove.
Q. What is the thickness of your slatwall panels?
A. Our slatwall panels are 15mm,16mm or 18mm thick.
Q. Why should I add aluminum / metal extrusions to my slatwall?
A. Adding aluminum extrusions or aluminum channels to your slatwall panels increases the supportability by 75% vs. slatwall without aluminum channels inside the grooves. By maximizing your slatwall supportability, it enables you to hang heavier items off of your slatwall without worrying about bowing or breaking the slatwall.
