PVC Medical Sheet
Medicinal PVC rigid sheets are most widely-used PTP medicinal packing material. They are of high transparency, low crystal point, light flow mark, excellent reprocess performance, widely used in medicine packing.
PVC/PVDC, PVC/PE/PVDC laminated rigid PVC sheets are based on the PVC rigid sheets and PVC/PE laminated rigid PVC sheets, then pasted with high resistance material PVDC, so it has 5 times isolation capacity than single-layer PVC rigid sheet. It is used for sucking blister packaging. Because of their high barrier property, they can prevent the medicine from getting moist and oxygenate and thus extend the medicine quality guarantee period.
PVC/PE laminated rigid sheet is compounded by medical-using PVC rigid sheet and PE film. The products are mainly used for container package of small dosage liquid, for example: the packing for orally taken liquid, daily chemicals and suppository medicine etc. Comparing with the glass vessel, it has the advantages of higher intensity, extreme low damage, good air tightness, safe storage and convenient portability etc., the cost is just half of glass one.
