Rubber press for rubber floor tile
1. This vulcanizing machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing mould like shoe sole,rubber mat, rubber sheet other kinds of moulding product and plastic mould products,and non-mould products.
2.The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
3. This engine base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame,which is made of ductile iron to increase
the cylinder intensity and abrad ability,The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washer made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing purpose.
4. By moving the operational handle of the control value to the two different positions,the heating plate can open and close.
5. It uses the electric pipe for heating,thus makes the workshop clean with easy and reliable operation.
6. We can design and manufacture all kinds of rubber machineries according to the requirement of the customers.
