Inkjet transfer paper for Light-colored Cotton
Inkjet transfer paper can be used to ordinary color inkjet printers, and it is applicable to common water-based ink (Pigment ink recommended). After processes of printing and heat transfer, images can be transfer to cotton fabrics, thus you can produce various distinctive products like personal T-shirts, singlets, advertising shirt, sportswears. hats bags, pillows, cushions, mouse pads, handkerchiefs, gauze masks, home decorations. The pattern transferred on the products are of high quality, and characterized as colorful, breathable, soft and bearing superior color fastness to washing.
Operation Instructions
(Light Inkjet Transfer Paper)
Light-colored inkjet transfer paper is suitable for transferring images onto white or light-colored cotton or cotton-mixed fabrics. It is printed with common color inkjet printers using water-based ink.
1. Mirror Printing
Printer setup. Recommend to select “Photo Quality Inkjet Paper” mode for satisfactory printing results.
Mirror print the wishful image onto the transfer paper. Then leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
Cut out the image, leaving a narrow margin of 5 mm around the pattern edges.
2. Transferring
Preheat the heat press machine, and set the recommended transfer temperature to 185℃.
Place the image-printed paper on the textile, printed (image) side facing down.
Transfer for 15-30 seconds under certain pressure, then remove the textile from machine.
Peel off the base paper immediately, or when it is warmed or cooled for your best results.
3. Washing
It’s best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after transferring.
Washing the textile in cold or 30-40℃ water, with the transferred pattern inside out.
Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents, and do not bleach. Avoid rubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing.
Do not wring. Line dry in shade recommended.
