The Machine can convey sorts of material. Combined with the package-machine of our company, it can do material situation tracing. Also can be used separately. Complete machine made in stainless steel, except for the electrical machine, gearing, and the framework.
Main features:
Vibrating screw feeding machine is composed of double motor, feeding motor, vibrating motor and each switch control.
Hopper is adjustable and vibrational which make material to be flowing easily. It is good to material.
Hopper is separate from twisting shaft. Structure is reasonable and easily loading and unloading.
Characteristic dustproof, bearing won't be polluted by the dust and powder.
To cleanup scrapped materials conveniently and design the machine to be: Discharging the material reversally, storing materials at the bottom of hopper pipe, taking out the whole screw.

1. How to solve the problems during using the equipments?
We have special after-sales team ready to solve the problems for the customers at the first time.
Customers can descript the problems by email to us or online chat, like Skype, Whats app. Then we will supply the solution soon. To make the work more effective, please also supply the problem picture or take a short video for our reference. This is the fast way to solve the problems. We also have distributors and also we can send our experienced engineers overseas if needed.
2. Warranty period and spare parts supply?
One year and lifetime maintenance!
During the first year, if any parts broken not occurred by human, we will supply the new replacement parts for free. After first year, we still supply the spare parts all of the time for the customers.
Our spare parts go through rigid quality control inspections before being released to a customer. After a machine is up and running, ROYEE is available for replacement parts service. Most parts are stocked in-house and if a part is needed from an outside vendor, ROYEE will do it’s best to receive that part in a timely manner.
3. How to install new machines.
Normally, our equipments don’t need the engineers to visit customer’s factory to install. We will supply detailed operation manual packed together with the goods. If needed, we can also supply installation video.
Also we can arrange our engineers to customer’s factory to install it. In this case, the customer should bear the round-tickets and Accommodation fees and daily labor costs.
4. Do your products have CE Certificate?

5. What terms of payment you usually use?
35% advance payment by T/T; 65% against B/L by T/T after inspection the goods. Western Union, L/C at sight
